SHIPPING POLICY
The best way to see your exact shipping cost is to add items to your cart and head to checkout. After you’ve entered your full mailing address, the system will calculate the charges based on where you’re located and how many items you’re ordering. You’ll see that final number before you complete your purchase, so there are no surprises.
Where We Deliver (And Where We Don't)
We send packages all over the globe, but there’s one key limitation: a single order can only go to one address. If you need items sent to different places, just place a separate order for each destination. That’s the only way to make sure everything arrives where it should.
Special Addresses & Delivery Realities
We can ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses without any issue. That said, any delivery date you see is an estimate. The actual arrival depends on the courier’s ability to get it there, and things like bad weather or unexpected events can always cause a delay.
Your International Order: Duties & Taxes
When an order leaves the US for another country, it’s sent Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means we don’t collect Value Added Taxes (VAT) at checkout. If your package gets hit with import taxes, customs duties, or other fees, those are your responsibility as the recipient. Since every country’s rules are different, the best move is to reach out to your local customs office directly—they’ll give you the most accurate info on what to expect.
What Can Slow Things Down
A few things outside our control can occasionally add a little time to your delivery, but we’re always working to get your order to you. Public holidays, varying processing speeds at different international destinations, severe weather conditions, and operational delays within international courier networks can all play a part in stretching out the timeline.
